Debit CardsÌýfor FSA & Transit Accounts
Employees electing to participate in FSA or Parking and Transit will receive a debit card at the home address of record from the Districts third party administrator, P&A Group. Cards are generally received within two weeks of enrollment. The debit card can be used for both FSA , and Parking and Transit expenses (cards cannot be used for Dependent Care spending). New cards will not be sent to employees who have previously participated in FSA and or Parking and Transit accounts, unless requested directly to P&A Group.
The full annual election for FSA accounts are loaded to debit cards at the beginning of each plan year, whereas Parking and Transit are loaded per month, per the monthly elected amount, after the deductions will be withdrawn from each paycheck.
